Dealing with Fear
We all experience fear in our lives at different times.
My ‘school of thought’ is to use your emotions and thoughts
as feedback mechanisms since your psychology communicates
to you in order to identify and recognise what is most true for your life.
The more you are connected to
and embracing your emotions
the more you have access
to your body’s natural intelligence
and guidance system!
