Intuition and thoughts
Last week, I shared about emotional interference
that can be in the way of you getting accurate information
from your inner guidance system.
If you are trying to connect to your TRUE INTUITION and
finding yourself receiving conflicting, incomplete or incongruent
guidance then it is very likely that your guidance system
Today I would like to share more about
thought based interference.
Our thoughts are complex.
We receive around 60 000 to 80 000 thoughts a day
and most of the time we do not know where they are coming from.
They can come from other people,
mass consciousness of the general population,
your subconscious mind including past memories,
triggers in your environment like smells,
visual cues like advertising, marketing, signs in the streets,
noise, music, sounds, subtle vibrations we are not aware of,
the earth, the food we eat and more.
The more you are connected to your own true values,
your truth and your vision for life
AND the more you are able to focus on your
highest life priorities, the less you will be
impacted by the interference from the outside.
Here are some ways you can achieve this:
- Develop a regular focus or meditation practice
where you train your minds attention to be with yourself
and your needs.
- Identify your life’s highest priorities and prioritise your day
according to what is most important.
- Reduce the amount of distraction in your environment
by reducing clutter on physical, emotional and mental level.
In addition to this, it is important to deal with internal interference
that can create conflicts in your mind.
Your beliefs cause you to develop brain noise that creates confusion
and that constant little buzzing sound in the back of your head.
I have had massive success in my own life by dissolving beliefs
and noticing patterns change, my own behaviour change,
the quality of people I attract into my life changed and so much more!
