Take some time for yourself

 

For this week I have an invitation for you.

Take some time to be alone with yourself.
Ask yourself some meaningful questions.

Perhaps what you can do is meditate on a question:

What do I want from my life?
What will give me the greatest fulfilment?
How can get more [fill in the blank] in my life?
Who do I choose to be today?

You can do this by sitting still, or taking a walk.
Be alone and do some self-reflection with a focus
on finding out what you truly want from life.

The benefits is that it takes you off autopilot and
helps you reassess what is most true in your life right now…
